Nymi is a wristband that "uses your unique electrocardiogram (heart beat) to authenticate your identity through an embedded sensor. It then uses Bluetooth Low Energy to communicate your identity to all of your devices, bypassing any verification obstacles":

It even has motion and proximity detection sensors that allow you to "perform remote, gesture-specific commands". For example, you can unlock your car door via twist of the wrist.
