According to a study conducted by (Google competitor) DuckDuckGo, there are no "regular results" on Google anymore. That is, Google personalises search results for all signed in and signed out users, as highlighted in the video below:

In order to cater to more privacy-minded web users, DuckDuckGo neither stores nor references any user search data in serving its results.
