The bike traffic of Budapest 1 May 2012
Kitchen Budapest and UrbanCyclr recently teamed up to untangle the invisible patterns of bike traffic in Budapest. They did so by overlaying 100,000 kilometres' worth of data collected from individual cyclists on top of a SubMap of the city. Take a look at the video below to see the results. (Note that distortions of the map reflect higher biking activity in the relevant area of the city.)
