Dark Sky is an app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch that predicts the weather.

Using your precise location, it tells you when it will rain and for how long...to the minute! (How is this possible? It only predicts the weather for the next 30 mins. If this sounds useless, consider this: How many of us have walked to work in the rain only to find that had we left 10 minutes later we would have avoided a soaking?)
