Oblong Industries unveiled its new "g-speak spatial operating environment" last weekend at TED. The technology is a gesture-based user interface that allows you to control objects on screen by simply moving your hands and....yeah, yeah, we know what you're thinking, "heard it/seen it/done it all before"...but what's interesting about this particular technology is that it is based on the gesture-based user interface that was used in the movie Minority Report - special effects that were also conceived by the folks at Oblong Industries!
