Search your bookshelf 8 Jun 2009

Google's Matt Cutts - with a little help from readers of his popular blog - has devised an ingenious solution for managing your home (i.e. physical) book library.

Simply grab yourself a cheap barcode scanner (like the Adesso NuScan 1000 from Amazon), head on over to Google's My Library app and scan in all of your books. When you're done, you'll then be able to run full-text searches on every item in your library! (And you'll also have a record of the books you own for insurance purposes.)
