While observing the user testing sessions we conduct, clients sometimes ask us why we bother training a camera on the participant. "Isn't it enough to just record the screen," they say. Well, in many cases, you need to be able to see a participant's body language and facial expressions to get a complete picture of what's going on. Sometimes it's what isn't being said that says everything...if you catch our drift.
Unconvinced? Then take a look at Perspectives - a site that presents a series of vox pop interviews that have been stripped of the bits where the interviewees were talking. This leaves only their body language, pauses for thought and interjections for your interpretation. We're sure you'll agree it makes for fascinating viewing...

Thanks James - I've updated it in the article now.
Looks like they changed the URL from this morning (as I tested it both before and after publishing, and can still load the page at that URL from my browser cache)!
