Users fix parking ticket machine interface themselves 4 Nov 2008
If you want to see an example of poor user interface design, just visit your nearest car park. Parking ticket machines are almost always an absolute nightmare to use. Check out this example from the US, where users have had to add their own notes to clarify its operation (D'oh!):

I love the photo, but it's not from the US. The little currency photos look Canadian, and we typically spell "gray" with an "a".
