Plastic Logic Reader: A revolutionary plastic electronics display 12 Sep 2008

According to its manufacturers, The Plastic Logic Reader is thinner than a pad of paper, lighter than many magazines and easier to read from than paper or any other electronic reader on the market today (thanks to its use of eInk technology). Them there are some impressive claims! But if you check out the video clip below you'll be inclined to believe them...

...A word of advice though: Skip over the first 40 seconds of boring sales patter. (As 37signals points out, there's a good demo design lesson to be learnt here: "When you've got a product that does something amazing, don't waste 40 seconds talking about it. Just show it!")
