Liquid dancing on a subwoofer 25 Jul 2008

What do you get if you pour a Non-Newtonian fluid (aka Oobleck) onto a subwoofer? The coolest science fair type experiment since this one from Lancaster University's Physics Department, that's what!

Watch how the fluid starts to behave as a solid as the music is cranked up!

Probably cornflour and water, mixed to a thick paste. You can use custard powder, but it turns everything yellow!
