Optical illusion speed bumps 16 Jun 2008

CBS reports that Philadelphia is experimenting with an innovative method of trying to get drivers to slow down: optical illusions. The city is installing high-tech plastic devices that create a 3D image that looks like a bump in the road...when in fact, no such bump exists!
