Web Form Design: Filling in the Blanks 6 May 2008

Update: Rosenfeld Media have been kind enough provide us with a discount code that you can use to get 10% off when you purchase a copy of Luke Wroblewski's "Web Form Design: Filling in the Blanks" from their site. Simply enter ETREWFD on the payment page to redeem it!

Yesterday saw the release of "Web Form Design: Filling in the Blanks" by Yahoo!'s Senior Director of Product Ideation and Design, Luke Wroblewski. The book presents a series of actionable design recommendations based on real-life user data and looks certain to become the definitive guide to this area of web design and development. It really is excellent...and we heartily recommend that you down tools immediately and go snap up a copy!

Top tip: If you purchase directly from Rosenfeld Media, you'll receive both the paperback and digital edition of the book for just US$36 (If you purchase from Amazon and other booksellers, you'll receive only the paperback for US$36).

This is an especially proud moment for Etre, since we were lucky enough to be able to lend a hand in the book's development - conducting several eye-tracking and usability studies focused on specific aspects of web form design. Our heatmaps, gaze path diagrams and more can therefore be found scattered throughout the book!

Just bought both versions. Having scanned the digital version it looks like a cracking read and beautifully rendered for on-screen reading. Congratulations on your involvement with this - I look forward to reading the book in full.
