My Starbucks Idea 2 May 2008
Following yesterday's post on Starbucks' attempts to reinvent itself, we stumbled across "my starbucks idea" - a site that the company uses to solicit ideas from customers about how to improve its business. There's some great stuff on there that addresses many of our own personal beefs - see "The difference between Venti and Grande SHOULD NOT be just milk" for an example!
