Brand Tags 14 May 2008

We're lovin' Noah Brier's "brand tags" project. The basic idea behind it is that a brand exists entirely in people's heads. Therefore, whatever people say a brand is, is what it is. So, if you ask a bunch of people what a brand is and then make a tag cloud out of the results, you should have a pretty accurate picture of what the brand represents...

...The tag cloud above pertains to Starbucks, by the way. You can see tag clouds for other brands here and why not check out sister project "celeb tags" too, while you're at it!

Best thing I've seen all week! Can't believe how accurate a reflection each tag cloud is. I wish I'd had this idea!
