A lesson in customer service from Edion 25 Feb 2008

According to Gizmodo, Japanese electronics retailer Edion is so "deeply ashamed" at having sold HD DVD players to its customers, that it is allowing purchasers to swap them for Blu-ray equivalents. Well done fellas!

Wonder if any retailers in the UK will follow suit?
