Rude awakening 27 Nov 2007

At precisely 02:27 this morning, I was awoken by the sound of my mobile phone beeping in response to the reciept of a new text message. A member of my family is quite ill at the moment, so I've been keeping my phone next to my bed during the night of late. Anyway, upon leaping out of bed and accessing my handset's inbox, I was absolutely dumbfounded to find that it was a sales message from Vodafone suggesting that I might like to try surfing the internet sometime (!)

For Pete's sake Vodafone! Even crank callers have the decency to leave you alone at night!
