Fingers Notebook Stand manages unruly cables 26 Oct 2007

A clear acrylic laptop stand, featuring a laser-cut pattern of slots which are used to accommodate loose computer cables.

You know the story: You unhook your laptop and your power cord shoots off the back of your desk and onto the floor. You then spend the next ten minutes scrabbling about on your hands and knees trying to get hold of it again.

Fear not however, a solution has arrived. "Fingers" is a unique laptop stand that - in addition to positioning your computer at an ergonomically-beneficial angle - accomodates your cables in a specially-shaped, laser-cut pattern of slots. This means that the cables stay still when you disconnect, allowing simple reconnection later.
