"Reaction [beta]"

On writing and user experience 24 Aug 2007

Just spotted this great quote from Harry Brignull (paraphrasing Lindsay Camp):

"Bad writers worry about whether the reader will understand them. Good ones are more concerned about how well they understand the reader."

Could easily be rewritten as:

"Bad user experience designers worry about whether users will understand them. Good ones are more concerned about how well they understand their users."
