The opt in opt out dance 18 Jul 2007

Simpler is Better spotted this great example of a baffling marketing sign-up form on The Daily Telegraph's site. In order to opt out of thier advertising schemes completely you need to perform the following illogical checkbox navigation routine: uncheck, check, check, uncheck, check. Nice!

C'mon Daily Telegraph - you're better than this. Confusing us into signing up for your marketing goodies might work, but it leaves a very bitter aftertaste.
