Jan Chipchase's photos of Bangkok bathroom iconography made me chuckle this morning. Jan raises a good question when he asks to what extent these signs make people more likely to want to go to the toilet.

The symbol for the mens toilets is a man who's knees are buckling under pressure from his bladder.

The symbol for the womens toilets is a girl who's knees are buckling under pressure from her bladder
