Barry Schwartz notes that Flickr can now automatically add a title, description and tags to your images as they are uploaded:

"I took the picture from the Washinton Post article. So I assume, it was able to recognize the image as a duplicate to other images like it on Flickr. It then offered me a prefilled title, description and tags for the image. I never saw this before."

He even made a video to prove it:
