Jet Airways - one of India's leading airlines - put up an advertisement telling their customers that it had changed. Here's how arch rival Kingfisher Airlines responded:

I especially like the third billboard that was put above these two that said they were better and never needed to change. Ambushing the ambusher! I just finished The Ambush Marketing Toolkit by Kim Skildum-Reid and gained some great insight into the world of ambush marketing.

So where is that third billboard? It would be fun to post about it and upload a picture as well. Publicity domain is a very competitive one, but building up billboards just to keep your good name is simply insane.
