International accessibility legislation 4 Dec 2006

Over the past couple of years we've consulted on the accessibility of websites in the UK, US, Australia, Belgium, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Switzerland, China, Hong Kong and Japan. In preparing to undertake these projects we've had to conduct extensive research into each country's various national / regional accessibility policies. This has often proved to be an extremely time-consuming process. So we were pleased to find that the SAP Design Guild had published a summary of accessibility leglislation by country. It's a great starting point for those of us that work on global projects.
