A recent UseIT survey polled 2,000 UK office workers from a range of industries on productivity and efficiency issues. A quarter of respondents said that printers were the products they spent the most time trying to fix and half said that they spent up to 10 minutes a day fixing paper jams.

Neil Berville, IT Divisional Director at Samsung Electronics, said "Too often IT departments are not thinking about usability [when buying office equipment], they are only thinking about the cost drivers".
